Vivek has over 24 years of investment banking experience including providing strategic and M&A advisory to leading companies & private equity funds in our focus domains.

With M&A and private equity transaction experience across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, he has completed over 95 transactions with cumulative transaction value of over $4 billion in 25 countries. Vivek has an educational background in Business Management from Christ University. After a 10 year stint in New York, Vivek moved to London in 2012 where outside of work, he also captains the 1st XI at South London Cricket Club, which he founded.

Geeta has over 20 years of M&A and capital markets experience with leading investment banking firms in North America and Europe.

Geeta manages operations globally. Geeta started her career at CIBC World Markets and then was in the EMEA Financial Institutions and Fintech Investment Banking team at UBS Investment Bank. Geeta has completed over $50 billion in transaction value. Geeta is a CFA charter holder and has an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, Geeta enjoys going to the gym, and is a trained classical dancer.

Pablo has over 17 years experience in M&A and capital market transactions gained both as a principal at a private equity firm and as an advisor at leading advisory firms working with owner-managed businesses in the technology sector in the UK and Continental Europe.

Pablo has an EMBA and an MSc in Finance from CEU San Pablo Business School, Valencia, and a Masterclass in Private Equity from London Business School. He is also a CFA charter holder and Chairman of the Private Equity Special Interest Group at CFA Society of the UK in London. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, French, Catalan and Portuguese. Outside of work, Pablo enjoys spending time with his young family, reading, and when possible, going to the gym.

Jennifer has over 14 years of M&A and corporate finance experience at mid-market investment banking firms as well as technology scale-ups.

Previously she was at Torch Partners in London and AGC Partners Europe covering technology, Healthtech and digital infrastructure and at Sansa Advisors in New York focused on TMT and biopharma transactions. She was Head of Corp Dev at CPaaS vendor Nexmo, acquired by Vonage and at Amobee, acquired by SingTel. Jennifer is a CFA Charterholder, has a Masters degree in Finance from USF and a career spanning across three continents. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hitting the tennis court on Saturdays (rain or shine).

Nuno has over 15 years of pan-European technology M&A experience. At TH Global Capital, he focuses on software investments across Europe.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Nuno was at FirstCapital, a tech-focused investment banking firm, where he originated and executed software deals in the European mid-market. Earlier in his career, Nuno worked at EOCPartners, now integrated into Houlihan Lokey, where he led the execution of several high-profile tech deals in the Nordics. Nuno holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and French. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing tennis, skiing, and sailing.

Anjani has over 22 years of experience in private equity, M&A, and ECM across high-growth sectors in India. At TH Global Capital, he leads the financial sponsors’ coverage and large mandates of the firm in India.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, he contributed to establishing a successful investment banking practice at Axis for over 16 years, advising companies across various sectors throughout their life cycles. Anjani is deeply passionate about deal-making, structuring, negotiating, and advising on marquee deals across multiple fundraises. Outside of work, Anjani enjoys spending time with his son.

Asif has over 15 years of M&A and corporate finance experience and has closed several transactions across UK, France, Portugal, US and India. He has helped large corporates, financial sponsors and owner managed businesses.

Previously, he was at Pharma Ventures in London where he covered biotech, pharma, CROs, CDMOS, medical devices and digital health. Prior to that, he has worked at Sapien Capital, Wedge Alternatives in London and Citi Smith Barney in New York. Asif has an MSc from London School of Economics and has lived and worked in 3 continents. Outside of work, Asif enjoys tennis and reading.

Sriharsha has over 11 years of strategic and investments advisory experience with listed and private equity backed global technology and services companies. At TH Global Capital, he leads the Buyside advisory and BPM/ITES investment practice, and is based in India.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, he assumed corporate strategy, development and M&A leadership roles for companies including WNS global services and Unifonic, creating significant growth and enterprise value accretion. Sriharsha holds a management masters from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore) and an Engineering degree. Outside of work, Sriharsha is a passionate investor in the global equity markets and an ardent traveller.

Eugene has over 14 years of investment banking experience across Corporate Finance, M&A and Equity Capital Raising, providing strategic advice to private/public companies and private equity firms across Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Eugene was a Senior Vice President at Jefferies LLC where he played a key role in the origination and execution of transactions across Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, Industrials, and Renewables sectors. Prior to that he was at Standard Chartered and Nomura. Eugene graduated from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Outside of work, Eugene enjoys road cycling and walking his dogs.

Tim has over 11 years experience in M&A and corporate finance, advising entrepreneurs, corporates, and private equity houses on a wide range of transactions within Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Tim was at Canaccord Genuity in London, where he specialised in outsourced pharma services across commercialisation, research, and manufacturing, as well as biotech, medtech, and healthtech. After earning a Masters degree in Biochemical Engineering from UCL, Tim spent 7 years within the biopharma industry working first in the lab and later transitioning to corporate development. Outside of work, Tim enjoys snowboarding and surfing.

Jordan has over 15 years of M&A and corporate finance experience spanning private equity, investment banking, commercial and consumer banking.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Jordan was at Point72 Private Investments, where he helped stand up a $600m buyout fund focused on applied AI and ML investing across a variety of sectors. He also worked with Capstone Partners and KeyBanc Capital Markets where he covered business and professional services companies. Jordan received his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and lives with his wife and family in Salt Lake City in the United States. Outside of work. you’ll find Jordan in the gym, in the mountains or with friends and family.

Daniel has over 10 years experience in investment banking and corporate strategy across the United States and Canada. 

His investment banking experience includes all aspects of capital markets and M&A advisory in the United States and Canada focused on technology and industrial sectors. His sector expertise includes the electronics supply chain, artificial intelligence, and advanced connected systems. Daniel holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science and M.B.A. from the University of Toronto. He is a published author and speaker on business and technology related topics. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys endurance sports and tennis.

Abhishek has over 20 years experience in M&A, fundraising, corporate development, and private equity. At TH Global Capital, he manages Tech Services and SaaS transactions in India.

Abhishek began his investment banking career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent five years working in both India and the UK. He later founded a boutique investment banking firm specialising in startup fundraising in India. Following that, he transitioned to a corporate development role at Quess Corp, a listed Indian conglomerate, before joining EY in their technology investment banking division. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys practicing yoga and aerobics.

Oliver has over 8 years experience in corporate finance and M&A, having previously worked for RSM where he qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA).

Oliver provided transaction advice to a variety of entrepreneurial owner managers, private equity houses and corporates seeking to acquire or divest, primarily focused on the middle market. As Vice President, Oliver supports the firm’s M&A transactions throughout Europe. Outside of work, Oliver enjoys rugby and cricket, while attempting to try his luck at golf.

Pascal has over 6 years of experience in M&A providing advisory services to Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) companies.

Starting his career as an auditor in Luxembourg, he then joined a global investment banking firm in Paris, primarily focusing on tech companies. Pascal now supports the development of our M&A activities in France. Outside of work, Pascal is passionate about gastronomy, travel and enjoys reading.

Ryan has over 10 years experience in Finance and M&A with leading advisory firms as well as corporate buy-and-build platforms. Ryan is responsible for TH Global Capital’s coverage efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Previously, Ryan led the M&A activities of global e-commerce player Berlin Brands Group. Ryan began his professional career in the M&A advisory division of Deloitte, specializing in transactions pertaining to the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys travel in combination with surfing as well as skydiving.

Puneet has over 14 years of Fund Raising and M&A experience at leading Technology focused Investment Banking firms across India.

Previously, Puneet was at ICBC as Head of Investment Banking in India and Merisis Advisors. Puneet started his career as a software engineer at LTIMindtree – a global technology consulting and digital solutions company. He has an MBA and a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. As Vice President, Puneet supports the firm’s technology M&A and private equity transactions throughout India and the Middle East. Outside of work, Puneet enjoys a game of cricket and football with his daughter.

Anant has over 11 years of Private Equity and M&A experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry.

In his previous role, Anant was leading investments for the Times Group focusing on healthcare, consumer and D2C brands. He has also worked at the healthcare practices of many boutique investment banking firms, advising companies in private equity and M&A transactions. Anant holds an MBA degree from IMT Nagpur, and outside of work Anant likes to play badminton and is an avid follower of Formula 1. 

Pravin has 18 years experience across investment banking and investment management.  

In his previous roles, Pravin worked at MAPE Advisory in India, in the Middle East at NCB Capital, a joint venture with Goldman Sachs and at a US headquartered hedge fund. Pravin is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), a Computer Science Engineer from the College of Engineering Guindy Anna University, a CFA charterholder, a CAIA charterholder and is FRM certified. As Vice President, Pravin supports the firm’s M&A and private equity transactions throughout India. Outside of work, Pravin enjoys watching cricket.

Joel has over 15 years experience in Corporate Finance, M&A and Strategy Consulting. As Vice President, Joel is responsible for leading the firm’s M&A and private equity transactions throughout the Nordics.

Joel started his career in consulting advising blue chip clients and PE-funds. Joel provided transaction advice to a variety of entrepreneurial owner managers, private equity houses and corporates seeking to acquire or divest, primarily focused on the middle market. Outside of work, Joel enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding and when time allows he likes to try his luck at wave surfing.
